Cancellation Policy

At Mad Marbles Entertainment Services, safety always comes first. If weather conditions are not suitable for setup or use — including high winds, rain, or other unsafe conditions — we will reschedule your rental at no additional cost. We keep a close eye on the forecast leading up to your event and will communicate with you if weather becomes a concern. Our goal is to make sure your party is not only fun, but safe for everyone involved. Weather-related reschedules are flexible and based on availability.
